Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My computer battery is not charging to the maximum so I want to buy a new one. HP is not seeking the lithium battery I need, where can I get it?

We need to know what is your Spectre x360 convertible 13 to be able to find part # for its battery ?

Please use the following way to find out model/product of your machine

Please do NOT post its Serial number (s/n).
