I need to replace the battery for my out-of-warranty laptop but hp parts store doesn't sell it. Neither do my local hp service centers. Where can i get a battery?

Hi @lcarring
I can locate a few online vendor sources for you.
From the manual you have two choices for the replacement. Either one is compatible with your notebook.
Battery (includes Mylar and sponge)

at Amazon.com

at Amazon.com
