I ordered a 1y Post Warranty Plan for my HP laptop on 2/22/21. Have not received anything.

I ordered a 1y Post Warranty Plan for my HP laptop on 2/22/21. Today is 3/21/21 and I have yet to receive a product or any correspondence from HP. I checked my order status and it says it's still shipping?? Do not know what to do about this? Am I missing something?
