So, I bought my laptop off of amazon from the HP company. In the description it said " 16GB RAM | 576GB storage" however, I wanted to download an app for school, but I kept getting an error message saying that there wasn't enough storage, I thought it was weird, so I went to settings, system, and then storage and saw that I only had 57.8 GB of storage. I got this laptop July 16th so I'm not sure if it's too late for anything but please help me.

Please post the product number of your notebook.
Run the Windows system information app and the product number can be found on the System SKU line.
If your notebook has an Intel Celeron N4120 processor, I am pretty sure that it came with a 64 GB eMMC drive and 4 GB of memory from HP.
Then the Amazon seller you bought the notebook from removed the 4 GB memory chip and installed a 16 GB memory chip in its place.
HP does not directly sell PC's on Amazon.
