I have two issues.

First, I sent my laptop for repair on May 23, 2024 because the keyboard stopped working.  It is now, September 16, 2024 and HP keeps saying they are waiting on parts.  I've contacted support multuiple times and have been told the issue was "escalated" but no one can tell me when the laptop will be returned.  I can provide the case numbers, if needed.

Second, I recently recieved a warning from HP that my 1-year warranty is expiring, which is odd because I purchased the 3-year HP Care Pack along with my laptop.

I have notified a Moderator and asked for help in connecting you with a CarePack team.

Have you used the HP Support Virtual Repair center to check on your product repair status?

Thank you with regard to the moderator assisting wth the CarePack.  I recieved a number to call, which I called but it has not yet updated in my HP account.  Hopefully it will in a couple days.

This is what that link you sent says.  That 09/25/24 date in the bottom box changes every few days to push it back over and over and over again because a part is on backorder.  No one can tell me how many more months (or years) it will take HP to repair my laptop.  I've contacted support multiple times and they say they've filed complaints and excalated the issue with the repair team with no results.  What else can I do here?

I understand your impatience, but it has been only one day.
