I want to buy a new battery for my Hp laptop

Hello there,

I received that battery this morning.

When I installed it in my Hp laptop the system did not recognised and after 2 minutes the device turned off and refused to be restarted again. it looks no compatible. 

That is why I prefer original one.

How I can buy original Hp battery?

HP Spectre x360 - 15-df1010na (7PZ50EA) is: L29184-005 "Battery 6C 84Wh 3.64Ah LI SU06XL

You purchased the SU06XL battery I referenced via Amazon-UK and according to you it turned off your HP Spectre x360 after just 2 minutes and then refused to be restarted again. Let me just say that this is a highly, well, unusual outcome.  Fortunately, Amazon-UK makes it easy to return this product and getting your heard-earned money back.

Regardless, I understand that you want the original OEM HP battery.  However, the reality is that HP no longer manufacturers or sells these OEM batteries -not in the US, and not in the UK either.

Let's circle back to your original battery.  I want to know exactly what it says -better still, please provide a picture of it.

Hello again.

I will return that defective battery.

I took the old original battery back and the system now is working well.

The problem is the battery is going to be empty quicky.

from 100% to 0% throughput 30 minutes only.

When I bought my laptop before 5 years it was working for 6 hours.

I do not know why hp customer service does not have a number for calling?

I have to buy a warranty cost $100 to get touch with them.

That is horrible dealing with customers.

If I knew that before I would not buy any device from Hp store.

Now, the Laptop battery does not work and There is not any reliable store to buy that. 

What i have to do?
