I want to increase RAM of my laptop to 12gb

Is my laptop support one more 8GB Ram slot.

and what kind of RAM configuration should i select?

Hi:

 

Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.

 

Since it has the A6 dual core processor, there is only one memory slot and it can take a max of 8 GB of memory.

See chapter 1 for the memory upgrade info.

 

You can remove the 4 GB memory module and replace it with an 8 GB memory module.

 

This would be the 8 GB memory chip that I recommend for your notebook:

 

Crucial 8GB DDR4-2400 SODIMM

You're very welcome.

 

The manual states the max is 8 GB.

 

If you want to try 16 GB, it would be a complete gamble on your part.

 

It is possible that 16 GB would work, but I can't guarantee it.

 

If you decide to risk it, then please post back and let us know if it worked or not.

 

This would be the 16 GB chip I recommend:
