We cannot directly arrange for repairs. However, HP Service Centers in India will do out of warranty repairs.
This shows centers within 50 km of Mumbai but you can do your own search for Centers near you:

If you want to procure a new screen and do the work yourself we CAN help with that.
Figure equivalent of maybe $250 US to have it repaired and maybe equivalent of $80-100 US for a replacement screen.
