I have a battery problem

I have already called that hp  tehchnical service more than 20 times. The problem is, if you are in europe  technical service is solving the same  problem in 10 days, but in Turkey more than 26 days there is no any solution for a basic batery problem. I am a designer and I am still waiting for my laptop. This laptop was huge money, More than 3400 USD in Turkey when I buy it.
