My beloved HP laptop died in mid 2016 with the known and infamous motherboard failure problems that affects this series of notebook convertibles. Since then I have been trying to have this issue rectified by HP to no avail. I am a devout HP customer and have been buying HP products for years, but none have failed in this manner or capacity before. My laptop is one of tens of thousands of laptops that have succumbed to this failure mode, however unlike many others who have received a resolution from HP, either by method of a replacement unit or repaired unit, my laptop remains in a broken state for close to a year now. I called HP several times to have this computer replaced or repaired during and out of it's warranty period, but I always got nowhere and often dealt with rude support representatives. Please rectify this issue and stand by your products and with your customers.

It seems that HP is not willing to help with this case and I am stuck with a dead computer that has a known failure mode. I have been attempting to contact HP since 2016 since this issue has been plaguing me and they have never come to an acceptable solution.
