HP X360 1030 G3

Hi there, I have a HP x360 1030 G3 and its a great laptop, I am looking to install a second hard drive inside the machine to dual boot another operating system,

Thinkpads and other laptops allow you to install a secondary M.2 / NVME drive in the WWAN Port and boot from it, Is this something I can do with that laptop?

Thanks

Physically this is possible because PCIe socket 2 is available on a system for supporting a WWAN card and it is not used, it may be used for an M.2 SSD (small form factor like 2242) if it is B keyed. SATA M.2 SSDs can be plugged into compatible WWAN connectors if the system board supports

I have not heard from anyone on this forum did do that and I have not done anything like that myself on HP machines. Hope someone did try and give you more information.

Regards.
