Something doesn't seem right. Optane memory should be hidden as it is only used to speed up your hard drive.
Your service manual is here.
From looking at page 32 and 33, you should have a 512gb (SSD) + 32gb (Optane) and a 1tb hard drive (HDD)
I am guessing you have done a clean install of windows 11 and it partitioned your 512 SSD to 128 with the leftover of the 512 for recovery and booting. I cannot account for the 1ltb drive. It may be defective or hidden. Did your system come with a 1tb or larger hard drive?
Please do a cloud restore and (if necessary) do an in-place upgrade to windows 11
Go into BIOS and press the F9 or whatever key is needed to set BIOS to default.
Ensure that secure boot is enabled and be sure to save settings
Reboot and run diagnostics
Check to see if there is a hardware problem.
Tap the ESC key after powering on. Tap it once a second after you see the LEDs on the keyboard flash. When you see the startup menu, press F2 to run diagnostics.
Verify your 512ssd and the 1tb HDD work.
Go to the below site and enter your product ID including the 3 characters after the # character
If you have cloud recovery you can restore your system using a 32gb flash.
It may take an hour or more to create the recovery USB.

Alternately, download from the MS windows store
if you have windows 10 then use the USB that that had windows 11.
Do not boot the USB
Put the Windows 11 USB into the laptop, use the windows 10 file manager to find "setup.exe" and run that app.
Do not let windows 11 delete any files or repartition the disk drives.

see if you can do a cloud restore to recover some of the 512gb disk space
Alternately try to recover it manually
Bring up diskpart and list partitions
DISKPART> list partition
Partition ### Type Size Offset
------------- ---------------- ------- -------
Partition 1 Reserved 128 MB 17 KB
Partition 2 System 100 MB 129 MB
Partition 3 Primary 930 GB 229 MB
Partition 4 Recovery 841 MB 930 GB
what do you show for disk 0?

Please provide the Product ID for better assistance. Preferably the full product ID including the characters after the # symbol. This code may be needed to find cloud recovery files.
You are missing drivers for your system.
possibly this will help;

Your parts list is here
According to the parts list your product ID is 2C387UA
There is a list of country codes here
I guessed ABA for your country code and you have cloud support which has all the HP drivers that are needed for the laptop.
Cloud recovery provides all the custom HP drivers.
