Hello for the past few months I have been experiencing blue screen crashes about once a week. It is a fairly new laptop and is still under warranty. My laptop will just randomly stop working in different ways before eventually crashing. For example, the touchscreen will stop working, then spotify/ bluetooth will stop, then I won't be able to exit apps, then keyboard input stops before finally the device crashes. There is nothing specific that I'm doing when it crashes, it is sometimes OneNote, sometimes YouTube etc.
It gets to a blue screen before then going black saying no boot device found / hard drive error. I have run both the quick and extensive hard drive tests and both don't produce any error codes. The BIOS also detects intel optane so it isn't that known error either. I have also updated my drivers and nothing has helped yet. I suspect it must be a hardware issue with the ssd but just want advice on how to move forward. It is very hard to test since it only crashes every know and again.
