Internal battery not detected

Product Name: Hp envy x360 touchsmart
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My original battery stopped being detected so I ordered a new battery and the new battery is getting the same message. The battery is internal so I can't just pop it out.

How Do I Find My Model Number or Product Number?
Is the Windows Version on My Computer 32-bit or 64-bit?
