Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought this Laptop through ebay in the US from Canada and well it has damaged keycaps but yet all the replacement keyboards I find are for The US Variant of the keyboard. is it possible to connect a US Keyboard Unto A Canadian Laptop and have it work?s-l1600.jpg

There should be no issue. The Canadian ones often have some French characters. As long as the US keyboard you buy is for your system you should have no problem.
