Product: HP Probook 450 G4
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi. I would like to change my HDD in my laptop HP Probook 450 G4 with Samsung 870 EVO SSD 2.5" 1TB SATA3.
Can anyone help me if it is compatible or not? I have to purchase it online and not to have problems I just want to be sure that it is ok.

Hi:

 

If your notebook currently has a 2.5" mechanical hard drive, you can exchange it for the Samsung 870 2.5" SSD.

 

Some 450 G4's come with M.2 2280 SATA SSDs, so those may not have the hardware present to add a 2.5" SSD.

 

See the service manual for the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.
