I was planning to upgrade to samsung evo 850 m.2 ssd but I came to know about Samsung 960 Evo Series whose sequential read and write speed is much better than that of 850 evo ssd.
Is Samsung 960 Evo Series- 250GB Pcie Nvme - M.2 Internal Ssd compatible with hp envy k 203 tx ?
Will I be facing any problem after upgrading to this one

Most certainly. It will not work. The laptop runs a 5th gen Intel Core processor so is a couple generations old and only supports SATA-3 type M.2 disks.
Service Manual:
Also please focus in on p. 67. The M.2 slot on this model is on the backside of the system (mother) board and requires extreme tech skills to access, as do the memory slots. Not a simple matter at all.

Page 2 in the Manual provided in your other thread: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Hardware-and-Upgrade-Questions/M-2-port-in-Hp-envy-k-203-tx-l...
There is no support for M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD.
Only M.2 2280 SATA SSD compatible with your model.
Samsung 850 Evo M.2 SATA SSD is the one you've to buy.
