Pavilion G4 1303AU
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello,

Model- Pavilion G4 1303AU

Is it possible that motherboard and Processor max Ram speed can be different?

I am little bit confuse that what max frequency my motherboard will support( Mbrd- HP 3564 )? and can we use less freq. Ram?(if both slots are empty).

My notebook has one 1600mhz memory it's always runs on 1333mhz(bcz processor's limitation) so why should I purchase 1600mhz it costs high than 1333mhz instead of can we add 1333mhz in both slot with same size, freq. , timings.?

My mboard support maximum 8gb so Am I good to go with 2*4GB 1333mhz CL9?

Thankyou.

@PavillionG4au Disclaimer: I must let you know that HP does not recommend upgrades or hardware changes as the device is equipped with parts that perform at its optimal performance by design, that said, the upgradeable parts listed by HP articles are purely for your ease, as the decision to upgrade will be at your own discretion.

(Replacement procedure / step by steps on how to replace the parts are also included in the same guide)

Check out the image below for details on parts tested and approved by HP to work on your device, also use the above link for keyword search to find the parts you need, along with its part numbers.

you may order the replacement parts on the HP Parts Store, If you've already looked for it and couldn't find it on the HP Parts Store, you may want to get it locally at the online store such as Amazon or eBay, etc...as the part numbers are universal.

(Note: The link above is specific to the OP's product, if anyone needs information about their device, please respond with the complete product number for assistance and we'll be happy to help)
