I will replace the hard disk that came with the laptop with this SSD.

So is the Internal SAMSUNG SSD 870 EVO suitable for OMEN by HP Laptop 15-ce0xx?

I have gone through your post and would like to help

 

As per the Service Guide, the Notebook doesn't support SAMSUNG SSD 870 EVO.

 

Refer to page 11 OMEN by HP 15 Notebook PC Maintenance and Service Guide  link
