Product: OMEN 17.3 inch Gaming Laptop PC 17-ck2000 (70W99AV)

Hello, I am trying to find an HP Care pack for my HP laptop (83H02UA#ABA) which has protection for accidental damage. I've found this, but this is available for US only - https://www.hp.com/us-en/shop/pdp/hp-2-year-pickup-and-return-with-accidental-damage-protection-for-... . However, at the moment, I live in the Netherlands. Is there a deal similar to this one, but for the EU/UK countries? Shipping costs to the US would be really expensive for me, and I am not even sure I can buy that care pack without a US-issued credit card. I've tried to find something for European countries/UK, but I can't find any deal with has protection for accidental damage. Can you help me out here?
