Hi

 

Does my laptop have a free NVME slot to install another SSD ? Thanks.

Currently installed SSD is Intel Optane 477GB.

It only has one M.2 slot for a SSD.

 

If your notebook's M.2 slot is currently occupied by an Intel Optane memory stick, if you wanted to install a NVMe SSD, you would have to disable the Intel Optane memory in the Intel RST app and in the BIOS, remove the Optane memory and install a NVMe SSD in its place.
