Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, After reading your post, I did go through the Product specifications of your product and found that you have 1 TB 5400 rpm SATA hard drive installed on the PC. Your computer support M.2 SATA-3 configurations refer to 2 Chapter 1 Product description: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06189775

Thank you for the reply. I have to physically check my board because currently it is in warranty period. Once i physically confirms it i will definitely mark yours as a solution. If your reply was a "no" i would not have to open the laptop that is why i posted this query. Thank you thanks a lot
