I want to put an extra m.2 ssd in my laptop. So is any extra m.2 slot?

Hi,
Yes, it has an M2 slot and supports M2 PCIe NVMe SSD such as the Samsung 970 Evo Plus or similar of your desired capacity (no limit to capacity)
Examples:

On page 41 of service manual you can see the steps to install the drive
http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06377664
You will need to reinstall the OS on the SSD for performance gain.
