Is there any unlocked BIOS for this laptop

HP Recommended

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So I have bought so many sodimm rams just to found out the motherboard do not supply enough voltage for my rams. My laptop will crash after few mins of video streaming or light gaming like fall guys if i use total of 8gb ram. I know all ram are fine. This is because i have tested every ram in every slot to see if there is any defect but works fine. I even can play fallguys on 4gb stick ram without having crash issues.

Here is my methodology

Let i have 3 RAM, 1 is Samsung RAM, another 2 is identical Kingston RAM

- 2666Mhz Dual channel 4gb Samsung(Default RAm) + 4gb Kingston Value Ram would lead to crash in a few minutes of video streaming.

- 2666Mhz Dual Channel 4gb Kingtson Value ram x2 would instantly crash the moment i open video

- 2666Mhz Single Stick Either in 1st slot or 2nd slot using any of those ram would work fine without crash

In conclusion i suspect this is a voltage problem as this already occur on my previous PC build before.
So is there any bios that unlock RAM voltage controller?
Unless this is my first and las
