I am experiencing ongoing issues with my HP laptop, which displays a "90B" error. Despite servicing the laptop twice and having technicians visit my home, the problem remains unresolved.When I contacted HP customer care to request a replacement, they informed that the replacement period had expired. However, I am confused because I have not yet completed one year of ownership. Could someone please clarify why my replacement request was denied despite my laptop being under warranty?
