Last year, I purchased an OMEN by HP 16.1-inch Gaming Laptop, but unfortunately, I've been experiencing several issues. Within a year of buying the laptop, I've already had to replace the fans once and change the heatsink. Now, there's an additional problem with the display hinge, causing it to become loose and resulting in cracked display bezels. I want to clarify that I haven't dropped the laptop or caused any external damage to it. Considering these recurring problems, I'm concerned if this laptop might be a defective piece. I'm quite frustrated with the constant need for repairs and replacements, and I'm concerned about the laptop's reliability in the long run. I wonder if there's any permanent solution for these issues, or if I can simply lodge a complaint to address these problems. It's disappointing to experience such problems with a laptop that hasn't undergone any physical damage from my end. I hope I can find a resolution to this situation to fully enjoy the gaming laptop's potential without any further headaches.
