I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is overheating, and you would like to add more RAM.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend update the BIOS and the graphics driver on the computer and check if it helps.

The maximum supported RAM on your computer is 16GB. Please refer to the below service guide for your computer for more information.
