17-BY2053CL
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Just got a 17-BY2053CL laptop for Christmas and would like to know if I can upgrade the memory and what the maximum memory is.

Also would like to know if the hard drive can be upgraded to an NVME.

Thanks for any help.

It has  12 GB DDR4-2666 SDRAM (1 x 4 GB, 1 x 8 GB) now (both slots are occupied). You can upgrade to

   (a) 16GB: Use same existing 8GB to replace 4GB or using the following compatible RAM
