HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 13-bd0000 (172M7AV)

It has been not even one month I bought a laptop. But few keys are not working . even we done all hardware and software test from HP support. I dont want the services from HP. I want replacement of good laptop without issues. I cant believe that  HP will manufacture such a poor laptop which cant even stand good even for one month. Many of my friends recommended other brands like Azus, Mi, Dell. but i wontedly bought HP. Its mistake to believed on HP brand. Now i am facing issues . What is the use of buying latop and going for service within a month. I dont want Latop. Please replace be with good prodcut not the third rated laptop like this. Really feel bad of your product. You manufactures will never feel about the customer. in my family situation, i fought hard to buy this laptop. no use.
