Product: Pavilion 2018
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

When I click some keys it randomly opens things. This started randomly this morning and keeps randomly fixing then breaking again. I don't know whats causing it. I have done a virus scan, and nothing came up so I am very puzzled. If anyone can help, it would be appreciated.

Check the keyboard driver and update to the latest version, or update the system, try to use the external keyboard to see if it can be used normally. If it can’t, it means the motherboard is faulty. If the external keyboard works normally, the keyboard hardware may be damaged and you need to replace it .
