Hi.I need to replace my keyboard and i dont find the exactly same to replace it.Can i use another model keyboard?M6-k010dx for example?please i need help,thanks!

Yes this is compatible as the PC uses the same keyboard as on your PC.

Hi,

You can see in service manual on page 60 the part number for your keyboard:

http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c04499120

 

All the M6 models have compatible keyboards. The part number for keyboard for use in US is 760743-001. If you insert the part number in online store you will find many compatible keyboards.

 

Example:

Ho.Thanks for the answer,first of all.I found this one too http://m.ebay.com/itm/US-Layout-Backlit-Keyboard-For-HP-ENVY-15-q001tx-J2C93PA-15-K028TX-J6M28PA-/22...
It seems compatible because in HP suport page indicate that my notebook and the 15-q001tx use the same.And this its less expensive that your answers.What do you think?THANKS!
