Hi,
Back when I first bought this machine, I noticed that a few keys (M, Cursor Down, Numpad 2, 5, and '.') seemed to not sit flat, and stick up slightly higher than the other keys in one corner - but since they all worked fine, I thought it just a cosmetic issue and not worth sending the system back for.
Now, however - the Cursor Down key has totally come off...
The machine is still covered by extended warranty - I use this machine on a daily basis for my work, so what are my options for getting this resolved ASAP?
Thanks!

Hi,
If under warranty you should try getting directly in contact with HP support
https://support.hp.com/gb-en/contact/laptops
The keyboard comes as one part with top cover, so usually an expensive fix. If you need a guide on replacing the keyboard/top cover, let us know.
