Keyboard not working properly

HP ENVY 15-k200 Notebook PC series (Serial number: 5CD5105708)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

My name Harsh shrivastava

i am from Bangalore Karnataka (india) pin-560100

K8U29PA

Serial number:

1- My keyboard is not working i want to replace the same so please 

2- After upgrade to windows 10 system performance is too slow.

3- After upgrade to windows 10, fingerprint reader to unlock system is also not working.

4- Fan noise is increased. 

i also get connected with  HP Service center, they replied that original keyboard won't be available.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Did the HP service center confirm its a hardware related issue with the keyboard?
  • Have you performed the Keyboard test?

While you respond to that, let's try these steps: 

Firstly, perform Windows Update and HP Support Assistant: ( do not skip any troubleshooting steps if you feel steps are repeating ) 

To check for updates now, select the Start button, and then go to Settings  > Update & security  > Windows Update, and select Check for updates.

Install updates from HP Support Assistant: Go to Download HP Support Assistant to install the tool.

  1. To open the HP Support Assistant, double-click the HP Support Assistant icon https://support.hp.com/doc-images/932/c05040382.jpg.
  2. Click My devices in the top menu, and then click Updates in the My PC or My notebook pane.
  3. Click Check for updates and messages to scan for new updates.
  4. Review the list of updates. Updates with a yellow information icon are recommended. Updates with a blue information icon are optional.
  5. Click the update name for a description, version number, and file size.
  6. Select the box next to any updates you want to install, and then click Download and install.
