@NO_VICE-1,

Welcome to HP Support Forums!

I see from your post that you need information and assistance related replacing the keyboard on your HP notebook.

Don't worry we'll work together to help you find a solution.

After reviewing your post thoroughly, I did go through the Product specifications and found that your PC was shipped with Full size textured black keyboard.

Next thing, I would suggest here is to go through the Maintenance and Service guide of your notebook, Here you will find the list of parts which are compatible and tested on your notebook.

Chapter 3: Computer major components - page number 20

Chapter 4 Removal and replacement procedures - page number 43.

Please note these parts which are listed here are the ones which are tested and compatible on your PC.

If you wish to try other parts you can try it at your own discretion, HP Doesn't recommend any upgrade/downgrade of any hardware parts or software that is bundled with the product. It may affect the manufacturer's warranty and performance.

Alternatively, You could replace the part on your own, use the HP Partsurfer to identify the part: Click here & order it via the HP Parts store (Click here).

Answering to your next question, regarding the price of the keyboard, I would suggest the best person who can help you in this issue would be our HP phone support.

You can reach them on www.hp.com/contacthp

I hope this answers your question, do let me know if you need any further assistance.

that said, If the information I've provided was helpful,

give us some reinforcement by clicking the solution and kudos buttons,

that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Good Luck.
