Hello everyone

Got this laptop from  US and later had to shift. Currently the keys such as P, : [ dont work. HP support is least helpful. I have still 3 months of global warranty and HP India refuses to replace the keyboard. I had also mentioned that HP India service can identify the issue and provide the part no that can be shipped to my friend's address in US and it can be brought later when I can get it fixed at an authorized service center. 

Hopefully someone can find a solution to this issue.
