Can someone please help me understand what exactly the Warranty covers and not? Thanks!
I read this article but still needs more help understanding. [Content Removed]
I don't know why the content is removed, it's just a link of an article from HP website itself.
https://www.hp.com/us-en/shop/tech-takes/understanding-hp-warranty-support?catalogId=10051&langId=-1...
Also, please help me understand if battery replacement is covered? What are the conditions and limitations? Would it fall under "normal wear and tear", is that why it would not be covered?
HP Support Assistant dashboard (Program) shows : Care Pack
HP Support Warranty Status (Website) shows : Bundled warranty
I don't know why these things show me (2) different warranty.

Hi @Alden4,
Great to know you're an HP employee!
For some reason I can't find any way to send/accept private message. There's no option anywhere I click.
I'm trying to navigate how the community works but I'm having issues using this. Please help me :
- how to mention username
- how to access private message. I can't see any icon. If you could be so kind to send me pm and I'll figure out if I receive any
- I don't know why the links I add in here get removed
I wanna provide a photo here but for some reason, it just gets being removed and I'm worried that I might be banned if I keep doing it.
Thank you.

Hello, it looks like my private message is not going through.. Please.. I really need someone's help.. Because the agents that I'm currently messaging with are not very responsive to my inquiries, and according to them the warranty for battery is only 1 year.
i really need urgently as the days are running and my active "Bundled Warranty" is going to expired on the 31st of Oct 2024.
Please help...
