Tengo una impresora HP ENVY Pro 6400 y no me deja imprimir porque dice que la bandeja está abierta y sale una luz naranja en el lateral de esta. La bandeja está cerrada y el problema persiste. Por favor necesito ayuda porque no sé cómo solucionarlo y llevo bastante tiempo con este problema.
