I raised a ticket last week as I am getting a cooling system fan error (908) upon startup, but apart from an email with my case number I have heard absolutely nothing and i cant find any phone numbers to contact support on the website. 

 

I've tried checking the support dashboard under my login, but after a couple of seconds it says "Your session on support.hp.com has timed out "  and throws me out and wont let me login again!!

 

I spent nearly £2K on a laptop and I cant get any help with it.  Appalling service!! ☹️

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, 

 

I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. This sounds like hardware related issue, your computer needs to be serviced.  As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now.

 

Is that anything that you like to help me with software related issue we glade to share the troubleshooting steps?

 

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty.
