Hi,
I am writing to report an issue with my HP Envy laptop that's about a year old. The left hinge has broken, resulting in a cracked and bulging left corner. This malfunction occurred despite the laptop not being dropped or mishandled. Consequently, when I open and close the laptop, the hinge shifts, causing the lower case to separate from the upper case. This has made it difficult to operate the laptop properly. Please note that the warranty on this laptop has expired.
Thank you in advance for your help.
