Laptop Keyboard LOUD

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just got my laptop delivered and at the beginning I liked it a lot. But after I opened it and configured it, now that I am using the laptop I see that the keyboard is so loud. It looks as it wasn't properly mounted on the laptop because I have never seen a laptop that makes such loud sounds whenever I push one of the keyboards. The keyboard is working properly and I am not pushing it a lot, but even if I slightly touch one of the keyboard the sound is so annoying and loud. I can't work on this laptop especially not write if I am in the library or in the room with other people. What should I do?
