Product: HP Elitebook 840 G3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi community. Please help me with my HP Elitebook 840 G3 running on the latest version of Windows 10.

 

The keyboard works fine when I type some words. But When I type a long sentence keys will usually get unresponsive for a second, and then they work fine again.

 

The issue only happens with builtin keyboard. I tried an external one and it works fine.

 

I asked Microsoft and checked the Keyboard troubleshooter and also I disabled keyboard filters. The issue was reduced but it still happens sometimes when I type long text.
