 I have come to know that my laptop can also support 2280 M.2 SSD drive and I want to upgrade my system storage to SSD along with the Curretn 1 TB HDD. Will it be possible or not.

 I am confused between choosing M.2 2280 or Nvme PCI SSD. Please help me which SSD will be compatible with my laptop?

Tell me about the SSD limit, How much capacity of SSD m2 i can purchase for my laptop.

Further one official from HP mentioned below parts for my laptop.

256-MB, M2.2280, solid-state drive supporting TLC for use on all computer models 847109-003

128-MB, M2.2280, SATA-3, solid-state drive for use only on computer models with model number m6- aq1XX 827560-009

I am confused again whether only 128/256 mb capacity m2 SSD are compatible or I can purchases 240/500/1 TB M2 SSD

@Mehul6

I reviewed your post and I understand that you want to know what the SSD capacity supported on your computer.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I checked the specifications of your computer and see that there is no M.2 slot available on your computer and you will not be able to install an SSD on the computer.

Refer to the below service guide for your computer for more information.

I hope that answers your question and you have a great day!
