HP ENVY - 13
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop, HP ENVY - 13-aq1018nm (8NE83EA#BED) does not charge to 100% and it turns off at 15%.

I tried draining battery till laptop turns off and charge battery back, but it stops at 73% - 90%.

I also updated BIOS.

I  did battery check and got these messages:

Battery Check: Primary - Replace (42)

Primary: Logic State - OK (0), Charge State - Blown Fuse (42)

FAILURE ID: 68DMBL-9SFAJ8-GXGKHF-C6FV03

I got the same problem few months ago, but draining battery and charging it back again few times probably helped and everything was fine, but this is not helping anymore.

What is wrong? What can I do?
