Hi.

I have an issue with starting up my laptop. Some days ago it suddenly switched itself off while my son watched movie. Power light near the power cord plug shone for some time, but after a while darkened too. Laptop does not respond on pressing start button at all.

I have disassembled the body and checked up voltages on the power connector on the motherboard and on the battery connector. It seems everything is OK. On the power connector I measured approximately 19V and on the battery 11.6V. I tried to disconnect memory modules, SSD, etc, but nothing helped. Power adapter was replaced too.

Warranty expired 5 months ago.

Have someone any idea what to do in this situation?

I understand that the laptop will not turn on.

As you have sted that you have already replaced the power adapter and performed some troubleshooting steps. Still, it is not working.

The issue with a hardware part, I would suggest you contact our phone support. They will help you.
