HP Spectre x360 - 13-w023dx Serial number: [edited] Product number: X7V20UA Laptop fails to charge with "For full performance, connect a higher capacity power adapter." error on plugging in. This happens maybe 30% of the time I plug the laptop in to charge. Restarting the machine and unplugging/replugging the power cord does nothing to fix the issue. I have installed all of the latest updates via HP Support Assistant.
