The left hinge of my 17 inch touchscreen laptop broke. This happened years ago with another HP laptop that I had, also. I did not have that one fixed, and ended up replacing it with this new laptop a coupe years ago, and it broke again! Please let me know if this is covered and/or what I can do to have this fixed. I see there are quite a few similar searches from other people who encountered this issue. It is disappointing because I take great care of my laptop and it is in overall great condition other than the broken hinge.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
