Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Laptop hp 15-db0011ns charging pin flashes red light very fast and does not charge, It works all right, but since it fails to load I can't use it, I've taken it to several places and they haven't been able to fix the problem, please if anyone knows the solution to help me.
