14S-CF3028TU
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I have recently purchased a HP Laptop 14S-CF3028TU. From the last week I am facing a problem with charging.

What's happening is, when my laptop is on and I plugged in the charger it's gets charged but when I shut down and plugged in the charger it's not getting charged though the charging light(orange color) blows.

I have tried to change the ports but it doesn't help. Also I reinstalled the ACPI Driver. It solved my problem for some time but now I am facing the same issue again.

Maybe it's an adapter issue. Please look into this and provide me the solution

Thanks

I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. This sounds like hardware related issue as you've tested with the different ac adapter, In order to fix this issue,  your computer needs to be serviced.
