Is your notebook still in warranty?

 

There is a link to the support portal for your notebook below this link. Click on the battery check link to run the test. The issue you describe is normally an issue with the battery, especially if it has been in use for more than one year.

Hi @Jai_94 ,

 

OK.  Have you run the battery test that I suggested?

 

Does the notebook power up and allow you to log into Windows !10 with the power adapter connected?

 

It is available in the HP Support Assistant and in the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics utility that is available by tapping F2 immediately after pressing the power button.

 

How long have you been using your notebook?
