Product: OMEN by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-xf0000 (758R4AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I just got my laptop from being fixed and once again they return my laptop with further problems. When I press the power button theres a loud pop sound. Sounds like an electrical pop, at least this is the best way I can describe it.

 

At this point I just want a refund I can't be bothered with this terrible company anymore. Lost all faith in HP.
